Tank replacement project

Description
SPUD has a storage tank that has been taken out of service due to its dilapidated condition leaving the district with a single 215;000 gallon tank to serve the entire system. The remaining tank is visibly leaking although it has a remaining life of 15 years. SPUD needs additional storage to meet the combination of maximum daily demand and fire protection requirements. Having 2 storage tanks allows operational flexibility by providing redundancy for maintenance or repairs.
