Abstract
On October 23, 2002,PG&E filed an application with FERC for a new project license for the Upper North Fork Feather River Project, FERC Project No. 2105, on the North Fork Feather River in Plumas County. PG&E consulted with other individuals and organizations in the development of the studies and data supporting the application. These groups met with PG&E to collaboratively discuss the terms of the agreement. The agreement establishes lake level and stream flow issues for ecological purposes, river-based recreational uses, and other issues.
Purpose
This document is the legal settlement agreement between PG&E and various resources groups.
