Abstract
The objective of this study is to present a conceptual framework to help understand the forest and water relationships in the Feather River Basin (FRB) in the context of the current technical literature. It will be applied as a basis for informed discussion when developing integrated water management opportunities for the Upper Feather River (UFR) Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) Plan Update of 2016.Throughout this document, references to the “Feather River Basin or “FRB” refers the upper FRB above Lake Oroville, unless explicitly noted otherwise.
