Mill Creek Erosion
Description
Eroded slopes on Mill Creek upstream from Highway 70 is in need of erosion protection by means of rip rap to reduce the turbidity of the stream from excessive erosion. The erosion is caused by the water flow under the highway 70 bridge being inadequate and water backs up causing erosion.
